What we are doing wrong
The Little Dodo Bird is dying out for many reasons. One reason is that they are losing the trees that they live in due to cyclones. Though this is not our fault, they should have more land that we have taken from them. Also, we shoot many of these birds each year. Believe it or not, we shot 400 Little Dodos in the year 1985. Being the seasonal bird, the Little Dodo is in great danger of being hunted to extinction. Another enemy the Little Dodo faces is the Pacific Rats that eat their eggs. The great population of the rat just might be too much for the Little Dodo to handle.
